LISA BEST is a comedian, writer and performer based in Los Angeles who has quickly made a name for herself in LA’s alternative scene as a brilliantly quirky comic and skilled story teller. In the summer of 2018 Lisa made her television stand-up debut on The Late Late Show with James Corden.  She is an experienced TV writer having spent a season writing for truTV show THOSE WHO CAN’T and also appeared on the show. Lisa has a scripted project in development with Ben Stiller’s production company RED HOUR, SUPER DELUXE and U.S. soccer legend Abby Wambach.  As a stand-up Lisa has been a featured performer at Sarah Silverman's 1st annual JASH Fesht in Palm Springs, All Jane Comedy Festival in Portland, Los Angeles' alternative comedy festival RIOT, and two years in a row at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival where The Portland Monthly wrote that Lisa "has a flair for turning embarrassing stories into comedy gold." Lisa was also a co-host for the Travel Channel pilot Cheat Day, performed stand up on Viceland’s Flophouse and appeared in digital sketches for Comedy Central, Funny or Die and IFC's Comedy Crib. In 2016 Lisa released her first stand up album BRAIN BANK via Comedy Dynamics.
